If that doesn't work, please clear Origin's cache and then uninstall it "the hard way." Restart your computer, and download a fresh copy of the installer. While you're there, you can disable the Origin Web Helper Service too-it often causes problems, although maybe not in your case. In the long list of services, scroll down to Origin Client Service, double-click, select Disabled under Startup type, and click Apply to save the change. Hit Windows key-R and enter "services.msc" without quotes. And please run Origin as an admin: right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator." If that doesn't help though, the issue might be the OriginClientService: from your dxdiag, it looks like the service is crashing constantly. ![]()
